Are all your rent prices final. I have been looking at the property in Forest Park and do to the crime in the area I believe 650 is just a little over what I am able to pay. It just is so close to my job and wanted to know who i could speak with about this.

No, we are willing to negotiate the prices of the rentals.  However, before we can give you a definite answer, we have to have the price approved by the property owner.
