Requirements
- $60 application fee for EACH person over the age of 18 that will be residing in the residence.
- Proof of Identification Required
- 24 of the most recent 36 months of GOOD verifiable rent. (A nationwide-search will be done.) WE WILL NOT ACCEPT FRIENDS OR FAMILY.
- Verifiable employment and proof of income (3x the rental rate).
- Any fraudulent information or discrepancies will result in IMMEDIATE DENIAL.
- Criminal convictions may affect approval.
- Approval may require additional deposit.
- All applicants are subject to a credit screening to determine eligibility and deposit amount. Ideal applicants should have an average credit score of 600, but lower scores may be considered based on verification of rental history and employment, but scores near 600 are ideal.
